2 bedroom apartment overlooking a communal swimming pool in a quiet and family orientated urbanization in a cul-de-sac in the popular holiday area of Villamartin on the Costa Blanca. The apartment is surrounded by 3 community swimming pools (9 in total on the urbanization, all with free access). The apartment has an open plan lounge and fully equipped kitchen. Bedrooms have 1 double bed and 2 single beds as well as a sofa bed in the lounge. A travel cot is available on request (0-2 years). There is 1 family bathroom with a walk-in shower. Air-conditioning (sensor controlled, if no movement after a hour, it will switch off) is available free of charge in the lounge only however they are ceiling fans in both bedrooms. A free standing fan is also available. On street parking is available free of charge. Wi-fi is free throughout the property. Perfect for families, couples and those looking for a restful break. Please note access is by a flight of steps only. For larger groups we do have another apartment across the road from this one (2 bed, 1 bath & sofa bed, sleeps 5). Please refer Casa Joleen 1. Transfers may possibly be arranged from Alicante & Murcia airports, for upto 4 people. Please contact us once you have made your reservation. Late check-out can be arranged (subject to availibilty), however this may incur an extra charge.

The apartment is situated within easy walking distance of Villamartin Plaza, home to numerous bars and restaurants that cater for all tastes. A 3-4 minute walk from the apartment will take you to several bars and restaurants close to home. Within a few minutes drive away are several golf courses including the famous Golf Courses of Villamartin and La Manga. Also a few minutes drive away are the many blue flagged beaches of the Costa Blanca and the shopping area of La Zenia Boulevard, home to 150 stores making it the largest in the Alicante Province.
