You will also find a covered outdoor dining area with a gas barbecue. The villa has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay, including 3 bedrooms, 6 beds and 2 bathrooms. It is the ideal place to enjoy a few days of relaxation in the company of your family and/or friends.

Neighborhood info

It is a quiet and peaceful area but well connected. The neighborhood has primary and secondary housing. From the house there is direct access on foot to rural routes where you can see animals (horses, sheep, cows, ...). The reservoirs of Pedrezuela and Manzanares are nearby. It is important to note that you can do nautical sports and rent kayaks/canoes in the Guadalix de la Sierra nautical club!
