We have been hosting since January 2022, we live on site but assure privacy and distance while you are staying. The local spectacular mountain views provides the opportunity for a relaxing stay, also to walk within the ramblas or between the local mountains.

Property info

Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire house designed to allow you to live as a local. There is now a wooden decking area at the rear of the Casa for drinks and watching the Sunset. A new overground swimming pool 6 metre x 3 metre, sunloungers, private garden with spectacular mountain and town views. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, hob, oven, toaster, kettle, freezer and a microwave, pod and stove coffee machine. The house is a perfect place to relax and enjoy mountain views, a small private garden is included, an immediate seating space is provided outside the main entrance as shown in the pictures. European multi channel smart television is included, NETFLIX, Youtube and wifi internet access. Washing machine and detergents included.

Neighborhood info

Enjoy everything Oria has to offer! Spend your days discovering the surrounding area as there are many things to do nearby. Local towns are within a 20 minute drive Albox, Olula del Rio, Arboleas, Macael, Seron, Fines and Chirivel. Coastal resorts of Mojacar, Garrucha, Vera and Vera Playa are just a 50 minute drive away. A local bar is a 5 minute walk away. In Oria town there are 5 more bars serving either tapas or varied menu. 5 shops including Coviran and Carrefour. A magnificent Church Basilica. A together with a tennis padel court also owned by the local town hall, which is free to use via the local gym owners. The gym is also available fee required.
