United States of AmericaGreat location - near Rambla Catalunya which is filled with shops, restaurants and pedestrian's can walk down the middle. It's about 5 minutes from Casa Mila and 10-15 from Placa de Catalunya. Took us about 30-40 minutes to walk to Barceloneta and beach area. There is a nearby taxi stand and subway stop. Olga met us early so we could drop our bags at the apartment. The apartment itself was clean, bright and quiet. The washer/dryer came in handy. Felt very safe in this neighborhood and enjoyed being a out of the touristy areas. However, for Starbucks addicts, there is a store less than a block away. Master bedroom is on the street, but room dark curtains and soundproof windows kept the street noise out. Second bedroom is an inside room, but has a window opening into a small internal courtyard.

IsraelThe host was courteous and quick in response. The location of the place was excellent. The nearby neighborhood is a bit more expensive than some other areas of Barcelona but it's am excellent and safe neighborhood. We loved the place and would love to visit again and recommend to our friends and family.

Apartamentos situados en un edificio protegido por el ayuntamiento de Barcelona. Construido en 1899. Los apartamentos todavía conservan los techos con molduras y figuras de la época, ya que al reformar los pisos, se rehabilitaron. Entrar en el apartamento de terraza, es como adentrarte en la época modernista de Barcelona, así que no te lo pierdas y compruébalo por ti mismo!
Me encanta el contacto con el público, conocer otras culturas, otras costumbres. Mis pasiones son la fotografía y viajar, siempre estoy con una cámara cerca para inmortalizar momentos, y es que la vida se compone de pequeños momentos.
Que decir del barrio.... Uno de los barrios con más vida de la ciudad, tanto de día como de noche! Tiendas de todo tipo, para todo tipo de bolsillos, un amplio paseo lleno de terrazas de bares y restaurantes, dónde los barceloneses pasamos las noches de verano sobretodo. ¡Ven a descubrirlo!
