We are 10km from the medieval town of Trujillo, in the Pago de San Clemente, nestled in the Sierra de los Lagares, where one can enjoy not only nature but also the cultural and gastronomic attractions of the region. Our home is of typical vernacular architecture of Extremadura, which has been carefully renovated to conserve its thick stone walls, tiled floors, old timbers and vaulted ceilings Today the house has become well-known as a place for birdwatchers to stay, and we are committed to the study and conservation of nature, as well as promoting all else that Extremadura has to offer: its cultural, historic and gastronomic heritage.
We are always very happy to share our passion about Extremadura with our guests, so do not hesitate to ask for advice and tips on how to make the most of your stay. We are enthusiastic about Extremadura's nature and landscapes. We have our favourite places and also enjoy discovering new areas....there is so much to see here!
