INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROPERTY The house is located right next to the beach, only 50 metres away from Alcúdia Beach, in the north of Mallorca. In Can Pere Bou we welcome all Guests' profiles, that's why the property is also adapted since January 2021 to cycling lovers and their requests. The property is awarded with the SILVER certificate from Cycling Friendly®️ and it's fitted with a private garage (where the Cycling Centre zone is located), a grass patio perfect for relaxing and sunbathing after a tough cycling day, BBQ grill and front and back terraces. Thanks to its location, guests can enjoy a wide variety of cycling routes, including amateur, intermediate and experienced levels of difficulty. Can Pere Bou is a very comfortable home available throughout the year, as it has central heating. The heart of the house is constituted by a large living area and a large dining room where you can meet at the end of the day. We love to welcome entire families for a nice and relaxing holiday by the sea, so the house provides all facilities children may need for a beach holiday too (cots, high chair, baby gates, toys...etc).
INFORMATION ABOUT THE HOST. This house is very special to us. We are parents of two grown children and we spent the best summers with them at this property when they were little. We really like to practice outdoor activities such as sailing, cycling, running ... but above all, being with the family and sharing a good meal with them and a charming after-dinner included!
INFORMATION ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD. The neighborhood has a multitude of services and there's no need to take the car (supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bus, taxi ...) and at the same time it is a very quiet area far away from clubs or bustle. Medical assistance less than 1km from the house in Hospital de Muro.
