the location was terrific. the cathedral is (no kidding) 10 yards from the front door. the management was friendly and superb. the room was large comfortable and well decorated. we were in Spain for 2 weeks and stayed at a range of hotels including high end. this was our favorite and at a great price

Great hotel in Valencia!!!! steps away from the Cathedral. Close to all the major attractions in Valencia. Hotel was clean. Little court yard where you could relax. Restaurant was excellent. What I liked most about this hotel was the staff!!! In all our travels the staff that we encountered were the friendliest most helpful that we have met. In particular I would like to mention Avril who works upstairs on the terrace. Absolute gem so friendly and lovely made our trip that much better. Also Esther at the reception lovely lady and so helpful. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel

The location was great! The price-benefit ratio just perfect. The staff absolutely fantastic. There is nothing to complain about. Right from the beginning till the end we felt comfortable and cozy. The staff gave us a very warm welcome, the rooms are exceptional big and the bed is really comfortable. Also bathroom and accessoirs are very large and good. The WiFi worked perfect. The cleaing-lady did a good job. From the hotel you reached out all important sightseeing destinations. The breakfast was a la carte, maybe there is some room for improvement (more choice of warm dishes, pro-active asking for another coffee or juice, not waiting for the customer instead doing it). On the very last day we asked for an early breakfast and got served on room without addional fee! The terracce for breakfast is really nice. There is also roof-top pool but only useable in summer time I guess (not warm enough - at least for me :-)). We strongly recommend a visit of this hotel.

.Perfect location in the center of the historic town. Walking distance to restaurants and all the main sights. Lovely rooftop with good breakfast. Loved the ham and avocado toast and the freshly made croissants and breads. Very helpful and friendly staff. They go out of their way to help and make your stay an enjoyable one. Comfortable room with Nespresso machine and small kitchen. Tks to Jesús, the manager, Jaime in reception and the breakfast staff.

Fantastic service from all the staff. We booked a classic suite, the room was spotlessly clean. The receptionist were very friendly and helpful. We booked an airport taxi through reception, very puntual and set price. The breakfast was freshly made and delicious. We will definitely return, great location!!
