The staff were gracious and helpful. The room, and especially the bathroom, is luxurious. Breakfast was very good. The location is great as well. Even though it is bustling, our interior courtyard room was very quiet.

They also called many restaurants to get us a reservation and found a lovely restaurant with excellent food! I honestly can’t say enough about how awesome the staff were. As for the rooms, Cool Rooms is a perfect name for the hotel! Beautiful, spacious and clean! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a memorable stay in Madrid!

Really large bed very comfortable. Lovely bathroom. Fab shower. Enjoyed being able to relax in the courtyard after a day sightseeing.
