.. Perfect place for a getaway or to work n play!! Fantastic location in the heart of Triana.. yet quiet enough that you can get work done.. Moreover, essentials like ground coffee, olive oil, etc etc are privided.. along with complementary beer n milk.. N the room n common areas were well-maintained n had a spa like vibe 😌 .. with a lovely fountain n central jardim

Juan is a great host, quick to reply to questions and very helpful. We could not have looked for more, he even Cava left for us to celebrate New Year with!

SpainArea lovely, apartment well positioned, spacious. Travelled by car and utilised public parking close by as recommended by the host. Lovely welcoming touch, host provided water, milk and beer in fridge, also tea and coffee provided in entrance vestibule of complex. Beautiful shared court yard at entrance to individual apartments. Good selection of bars and restaurants in area, close to taxi rank and public transport services.

Do you have parking available? Thanks.There is public parking near. The house is from the 19th century, we don't have a garage. On the street it is free to park, but so close to the center, and with narrow streets, it is difficult to find a place. The public parking is 240 meters away, under the Triana bridge, less than 3 minutes walk. The price is 16€/day. If you are less time, you pay for time, and the maximum price for a full day is € 16.
