Costa Gwiga provides luxurious accommodation in a prime location. The electricity and solar heated swimming pool is surrounded by a large private south facing terrace with frontline sea view, providing areas to relax and enjoy the year round warmth of the Lanzarote sunshine. In the summer months, the proximity to the sea ensures cooling breezes off the Atlantic. Inside the villa, the glass topped central atrium provides a wonderful space to dine under the stars on cooler evenings. The villa has three bedrooms, two kings and one twin. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and there is also a large family bathroom with a bath/shower. The lounge is beautifully furnished and has internet TV. The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern appliances and has a spacious utility room with washing machine etc. The villa also has a wireless internet connection. The beach, cafe's, bars, shops and restaurants are close by (within a 5 minute walk) and can be accessed by a private gate to the seafront walkway. Costa Gwiga has been in the family since 2005 and we have enjoyed this as a family home for 6 months of the year ever since. Due to an inability to travel there as much, we have now taken the decision to share our beautiful holiday home with others. We hope you enjoy the Villa and its spectacular views as much as we have, and still do!
Stunning 3 bed villa in a rare unrivalled frontline location in Playa Blanca with breathtaking views of the coast, the island of Fuerteventura and Los Lobos, as well as spectacular mountain views. The villa is located within the Playa Real complex which is a 20 minute walk to Punta Limones / Puerto de Playa Blanca and a 20 minute walk to the Pechiguera Lighthouse.
