This impressive house, a former 19th century convent, was recently renovated with great attention to detail. It was converted into a luxurious villa for an unforgettable holiday in Mallorca. With almost 500 m² of living space spread over three huge and luxurious floors of living space spread over three huge and luxurious floors, there are a total of six beautiful bedrooms and six bathrooms, four of them en suite. There is also a spacious kitchen with dining area, a large living room with flat screen TV in the attic and the former chapel on the ground floor, which is now a cinema room with a projector. The highlight is without doubt the beautiful garden with the 8 m x 4 m pool and the Tramuntana mountain range as a direct neighbor. They have been preserved many details, such as the high ceilings with numerous original wooden beams or the light blue of the shutters of wood, a color that was then only reserved for traditional buildings. From the entrance, the home cinema room is immediately to the right and to the left one of the bedrooms, the enormous living-dining room and a bathroom with shower, a little further towards the garden. Access on the right to the spacious kitchen with dining table and pantry with washing machine behind. From here leaving passing the well to the stone stairs, which takes us up a few steps to the garden. Going up the stairs, a hallway with the Eames' sculptural "chaise" takes us to the next four bedrooms. The first is a suite with a bathroom and shower and bathtub that was perfectly integrated into the old worktable of the window. Second another large suite with a double bed, private bathroom with shower and work area with beautiful views. The third is another double room with its own dressing room, an area where the organ used to be. This room has a small bathroom at the end of the hallway.
