The staff Vanessa-Bea who helped me to check in and out was extremely friendly and helpful. She arranged a better room for me as it was my very first time in Madrid and in Spain. the balcony and its view towards Plaza de Espana was exceptional. room was clean and neat. the highlight in the hotel for me was the rooftop bar which I could have a relax and chilled night with great view. location is also very convenient and walkable distance to many landmarks and good restaurants.

CanadaLocation, location, location. The metro station was literally just outside the hotel. We were rights in the heart of Gran Via, where all the shops, restaurants, theaters and clubs are. We could not have picked a better location. The room itself was modern, cosy, and extremely practical. We had slippers and robes, as well as all the necessary toiletries. One plus is that the TV has an option where you can like Netflix or Youtube account, albeit not being a smart TV. On top of that, the room has a kettle which is perfect for a hot cup of tea or coffee. I also recommend opting for the breakfast which was very delicious, but you basically pay for the view, since the restaurant is on the top floor has offers amazing panoramic views of the city. Last but not least the staff is extremely helpful and was very patient with our large gamily of 6, especially Beatriz. Will definitely come back.
RomaniaThe room is large and has very beautiful decor. The bath is also huge too. The hotel is in a very good location and they have complimentary red wine in the room. The beds are big and comfortable. There’s a lot of hangers and space for your clothes. A big plus as they have water refilling station on every floor!
