Apartment on the seafront within the port of Radazul with magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Valley of Güimar. If you wanted to know how to live in front of the sea ..., this is your opportunity. Immersed in a nice residential area not tourist. Facilities for sports such as diving, freediving, sailing, paddle surfing, jet skis. Two beaches a few meters away and an excellent climate. Near the two airports and a good starting point to tour the island.
Welcome to Radazul. Sure one of the best sea and mountain escapes in Tenerife. I will be ready to help you if you need it. I live here and I swim and dive every week. Since the first day I visited this place, I fell in love with it and decided to move from my country and live here. It took me five years but now I say thanks every morning when I wake up and watch the landscape.
- The views of the sea and the cliffs of Güimar are fabulous. Beautiful sunsets, sunrises and moonlit nights. - Under the apartment you have the only six restaurants in the area and five minutes on foot, the two beaches with their "chiringuitos" (kiosk in the beach). - We have a solar photovoltaic installation and another solar thermal for hot water. With 10kw lithium batteries and 200 liters of hot water. We try to avoid CO2 emissions for a better world. If the consumption is normal, we rarely have to use network light. Only when we haver more than three cloudy days two or three times a year.
