Beautiful, little country house with lots of comforts, to spend some fantastic days. Outside, you will refresh in the beautiful chlorine pool sizing 6 x 4.5 metres and with a depth between 0.5 and 1.5 metres. By the pool, you will find the terrace with sunbeds to comfortably sunbathe enjoying the quietness of the fields. Have a drink at the porch, enjoy a fabulous barbecue in the garden or read a book in therelaxing, little corner at the back of the house. The guests have free access to the ecological vegetable garden where you will find seasonal products like tomatoes and watermelons. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around. The 120 m2 house has two floors. The rustic kitchen with dining area includes an induction cooker and the basic equipment to cook a meal. There is no oven. There are two lofts in the living room: one with a double bed and one with an individual bed. Furthermore, there are two separate bedrooms: one with two individual beds and another with one individual bed. There is one bathroom with a shower, for general use. The house works with sunpanels.

The house is located in sa Pobla, in a rural quiet and relaxing environment. You will find all basic services in the village, including supermarkets, shops, bars and traditional Majorcan restaurants. The house is only 13 km away from Playa de Alcudia, but you can also viist other equally beautiful and close beaches like Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, els Capellans,... If you are a golf lover the nearest golf course is that of Alcanada and it boasts sea views!!
