“There wasn’t much choice of hotels in Puente Genil when I decided to stop over for a night on my travels and the price was a little more than I usually pay but, in this case, it was worth it. Hotel El Carmen is, from the time you walk through the front door, stylish and elegant. There is a car park at the front and plenty of street parking if that is full. It’s on the edge of town so a bit of a walk to restaurants & bars. However, despite the fact that there was a wedding going on when I arrived and the kitchen was very busy, they kindly offered me dinner on the terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Very helpful and friendly staff. I enjoyed my night here.”

Really appreciated being able to have my meals in the hotel at this time as not hotels keeping restaurant open. Rooms are spacious and adequate. Staff very friendly and professional. It’s also near the station and has free parking. Would book again.”
