Exceptional hotel with very helpful staff. Fabulous roof terrace. Tasting menu in restaurant was superb with highly skilled staff. Loved the spa area.
United KingdomThe staff first and foremost! They were super friendly and warm. Carlos was so open and friendly when we arrived. It really set the tone for the whole stay. Eduardo, the manager, felt like a BFF by the time we left. They also went out of their way to suprise me with champagne, cake, berries, chocolate and nuts for my birthday! On Valentine's Day they knocked on the door and delivered a red rose to each room. We also came home with several hand-written notes where they wished us a warm welcome, a happy birthday, etc. Super nice touches. Breakfast was great! Everything made to order. No buffet. Perfect! An additional thing to note about the awesome staff is that while we are very open and smiley and talkative, they reciprocated and were just authentic and friendly with us. There were other guests (Germans) who were more reserved and I noticed the El LLorenc team respected those boundaries and just maintained a professional level of engagment with them.
