The location of the hotel is great. Walking distance to everything in the Ibiza center and the marina. The hotel has been redone last year and the facilities are great.

United States of AmericaEl puerto is a new hotel , it looks very clean and nice . First day , we did not have a great night we had to change our rooms a couple time due to some problems . Antonio was very kind to try to fix every problem we had but couldn’t find a solution since he wasn’t the manager. The next day , we met the manager Javier and told him about the problems and he kindly updated our room to a bigger room , and had everything . From a robe to disposable sandals , hair dryer ,soaps that the other 3 rooms did not have. Don’t feel shy if there’s anything you don’t like about the hotel to let them know before leaving a bad review. This hotel is still brand new , therefore a lot of things to fix and change. Thank you Javier ! We had a great stay after the room change .

I was upgraded to a double room although I had only booked a single. Although I visited at a quiet time of year, the breakfast was excellent - a full spread to choose from.
