“El puerto is a new hotel , it looks very clean and nice . First day , we did not have a great night we had to change our rooms a couple time due to some problems . Antonio was very kind to try to fix every problem we had but couldn’t find a solution since he wasn’t the manager. The next day , we met the manager Javier and told him about the problems and he kindly updated our room to a bigger room , and had everything . From a robe to disposable sandals , hair dryer ,soaps that the other 3 rooms did not have. Don’t feel shy if there’s anything you don’t like about the hotel to let them know before leaving a bad review. This hotel is still brand new , therefore a lot of things to fix and change.
