It is very clean, quite peaceful. The bathroom ir nice. The internet is very good. The staff is friendly and helpful.
LithuaniaThe hostal is located around 15min on foot from the center of Alcala. It is simple, the rooms are nicely cleaned, beds are comfy and there's an air-conditioner for heating/cooling. The breakfast was also simple but enough having the variety to choose from sweet to salty. I'd recommend the place for a couple of days and would say that it's a good value for the price.
SloveniaIt was close to my daughter's flat, and the hotel is in a quiet residential area. Certainly not a tourist hot spot, but a 20+ minute walk from Alcala de Henares, which is a very nice old place. Bus stop to and from Airport is close by (bus 824),and another bus will take you to and from Madrid central bus station, where you can catch a Metro for a few stops for central Madrid. Both take about 40 minutes. There is also a train station about 20+ minutes walk away, but a convoluted route to/from. The basics only here only (bed/private bathroom/WiFi/breakfast), which was what we wanted, all at a competitive price. Think of a smaller Travelodge with breakfast, and you're close to my thoughts.
