It is near the Estadio Santiago Bernabéu , home of Real Madrid Football Club and minutes from the luxurious neighborhood of Salamanca with its main streets ( Serrano and Velazquez ) just a few meters away. It has all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay ( cafes , bars , restaurants , supermarkets, ... and close to the National Auditorium ) . This apartment combines the advantages of living in a quiet, safe area with greenery and without giving up the comforts of living near downtown.
