Casa Tara has 42m2 with garden and front terrace, back and solarium on the upper floor. It consists of a double bedroom with beds of 160*200cm. A comfortable and spacious sofa bed in the living room of 140*190cm for additional guests, sleeps 4 people, ideal for 2. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with bathtub. The urbanization has a communal swimming pool, paddle and tennis courts, soccer and basketball courts, communal gardens and playground. In addition, the exclusive residential complex has a small supermarket for the convenience of the neighbors.
