Completely renovated apartment, very bright, with a 15th m2 terrace with ocean and Teide views. Modern decoration with very careful details for the guest comfort, created to enjoy in the relaxation and peace atmosphere. In short, live the pleasant holiday, with the beach only to 50 mts. Our building has adirect and private exit to the beach, free wifi in the building lobby, pool and 24 hour security.
Hi I'm Ana and I'm delighted to welcome you to my apartment. I am a cheerful person and I love that travelers enjoy a quiet stay on the beach. I'm waiting for you !!
The area has various services such as supermarket, pharmacy, taxi, bus stop, cafes, restaurants, souvenir shops, beach, promenade, The Hard Rock hotel is located right in front of the building where you can stop by to have a drink on its beautiful scourge with shows and restaurants in front. The area can be explored on foot. Playa de las Galgas is a 3-minute walk away and from the building we have direct access to the promenade that takes you to it. There is also a new Shopping Center with shops and a large supermarket where you can shop, you have it a 7 minute walk away. In the area there is also a Peruvian playground, ice cream parlor, and you can also enjoy the Spas that have the two adjoining hotels, Hotel Hard Rock and Hotel Roca Nivaria. The area is very lively but at the same time quiet.
