Breakfast were really good, tasty and delicious food, wide selection every day, we were really satisfied with the food. Staff was absolutely the best, very friendly, polite and helpful. The room was quite dated, tho very well cleaned every day, but it needed some reconstruction or update. Top floor had small pool and jacuzzi - water in jacuzzi was quite cold but we only been there once, so we didn’t have problem with that. We really liked the position of the hotel, just a few minutes from main bus station and 1 minute to the beach and nearest shops/restaurants. In conclusion I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be in the center of everything, having great breakfast and to those who don’t really care about luxury rooms since they are pretty basic, but enough to sleep in. We were happy with how our accommodation turned out to be!

The staff at the front desk (Natalia and a man during the evening that I didn't catch his name) were lovely, professional and happy to help. Literally 2 minutes from Las Canteras beach, plenty of food options around, easily connected to the other parts of the island via public transport. We loved having the option of the terrace and pool. There are 3 small pools grouped together and we lucked out that the hotel wasn't that busy so was mostly private while we were there. The pool/bar hours may seem odd but with the island weather, they worked well with the prime/nicer parts of the day. 2 free bottles of water each day and a bottle of Brut on arrival. Plus, we extended checkout with no issues. There was a full power hairdryer in the bathroom. We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that.

As a disabled person in wheelchair the room was great Roof terrace easily accessible and stair lift adequate but slow. Staff were very helpful and polite with reasonable English

Our second stay at this ideal hotel for overnight stay between ferry crossings from Fuerteventura back to mainland Spain, great location and parking available all be it in a near by multi story, Staff helpful and an unexpected bottle of sparkling wine brought to our room with the hotels compliments. Didn't take breakfast as we had to check out by 6.30am to get to the ferry terminal.
