Belvedere is an extremely picturesque apartment, located in the charming resort Poblado Marinero overlooking the glorious bay of Arenal d'en Castel, one of the most exclusive sandy beaches of Menorca, with all amenities close at hand and easily accessible from the island's airport. Belvedere sleeps up to 4 people comfortably, across 2 bedrooms. The apartment is accessed down the stairs and upon arrival, you're greeted with the most stunning views over the sea. A place to relax enjoying the breathtaking views and the comfort of being meters away from the beach of this beautiful bay with crystal clear waters. Belvedere means viewpoint: it is under the viewpoint with the best view of the bay. The terrace has a coal BBQ for guests to enjoy - perfect for relaxed summers evenings cooking at home and enjoying the terrace and the views. This property is Non-Smoking inside. The living areas within are open plan. There is a lounge for relaxing and and taking some time out of the sun and to cool off with the air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped along with an indoor dining space. The elevated position of this apartment means you can benefit from a cooling breeze throughout the space
We live in Germany, my wife is Spanish and we have two children, 4 and 7 years old. We speak English, German, Spanish and some Italian and we are very much in love with this beautiful island which we enjoy every summer with our family. Menorca is ideal for families who want to relax and enjoy the nature, the beautiful beaches and the wonderful food. We bought the apartment in 2019 and started to offer it for tourist rental after renovating it and obtaining the corresponding license
All the amenities (such as bars, restaurants, children's play areas, cafes, etc) of this popular resort are within a 10 minute walk, including pedestrian access to the resort's beach. The airport is a 25-minute drive away, along with the beautiful and historic capital, Mahon. The apartment is unique, with a fresh interior. It comes fully equipped, as well as air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in the two bedrooms and FREE WIFI. Children are very welcome and a travel crib and high chair are available at no extra charge.
