✺ Bright apartment in the Milla de Oro neighborhood. ✺ Access to the garden with outdoor furniture. ✺ Amenities of the building: swimming pool, tennis court, community parking. ✺ Just a 5-minute walk to the beach. ✺ Fully equipped for you to enjoy your stay in the classic La Carolina Park Condominium Complex. Carolina Park is a classic condominium located on the Golden Mile, one of the most luxurious residential areas of Marbella. This apartment is available to receive up to 5 guests. Upon entering you will find the fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, and all the crockery to enjoy a delicious meal. Next, a living room area with a sofa bed, a one-seater armchair, and a Smart TV that includes Netflix. In addition, a set of table and chairs for you to share moments with your loved ones. The floor is completed with the master bedroom with a double bed, TV (with local channels), and a storage area. The second bedroom has two single beds. Finally, the bathroom area has a large sink, shower, and washing machine. Towards the end of the living room is the access to the garden equipped with an outdoor table and chairs. Please note that due to the drought, the pool opening dates may be affected.
