Romantic tipical canarian country house with wonderful seaview in Icod de los Vinos and directly at a pine forest. The appr. 2.500 m2 large Finca is planted with tropical fruits and even has an own vineyard. The location is very quiet and only a short drive from the sandy beach of playa San Marcos and the centre of Icod de los Vinos. The house has a comfortable and harmonious living and dining room with a small bar, a fully equipped kitchen with fireplace , two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large (50m2) terrace with fantastic seaview. From the terrace, you have acces to a separate large BBQ room with an additional kitchen. From there, you can enjoy also a fantastic view of the Teno mountains. From the living room you reach the huge roof terrace which also can be used as a sun terrace. The hole house is comfortably furnished in tipical Canarian country house style. Infront of the property you have an own private parking space. The two terraces and the evergreen garden invites you for an extensive rest and relaxation. This tiny gem town of Icod de los Vinos with its many mansions, small palaces, churches and monastery is located about 15 km west of Puerto de la Cruz and is easily accessible via the Northern Motorway and road. The landmark of this ancient wine town, as well as the entire island, is the oldest dragon tree in the world with a magnitude of 6 meters in circumference and 17 m height. The scale at whose feet Botanical Garden is home to plants from all parts and altitudes of the island and is well worth a visit. Particularly attractive places for shoppers is the old town with its many small shops. Opposite is the terraced plaza with the wonderful view of the city and the sea. Also worth seeing is the church from the 17th century. A few meters up is a small Plaza de la Constitución, with its lovingly restored houses from the 16th to the 18th century. In the middle of the square, a garden is a fountain, in which, among other things, a rare candelabra palm grows. Also famous is the Cueva del Viento, a volcanically formed cave 15 km length, which is located above Icod de los Vinos. The branched passages extend over several levels and are habitat for different unique species.
