The San Anton III is a corner apartment located on the 3rd floor of a traditional Chueca building. All of its rooms are outward-facing, except the kitchen and bathrooms, which overlook an inner courtyard. There is a lift in the building up to a mezzanine floor: from there, you have to walk down a small flight of stairs (10 steps) to reach the apartment. This centrally located property has been recently renovated (2016) and features very bright and comfortable rooms: there is a balcony overlooking the street in every bedroom and two more balconies can be accessed from the living room. Modern windows have been installed to reduce street noise and maintain a comfortable indoor temperature. The apartment comes with 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 people. There are two double bedrooms and a twin. The comfortable sofa in the living area can be easily turned into a 120cm single bed. A double wooden door separates the first bedroom from the living area, creating the necessary degree of privacy for sleeping. The handy separate kitchen, also accessed from the hallway, is right next to the dining room equipped with a large table for 8.
