Location is superb, right in the old centre of Seville. We love the lively and friendly neighborhood. The apartment itself is gorgeous and extremely spacious. Efficient heat on chilly mornings. Tons of hot water too.

Rules and Requirements of the Tourist Apartment 1. Mandatory Registration: All adults over 17 years of age must register before check-in providing a photo and identification document or passport (driver's license is not valid). This process is mandatory and the reservation is formalized once completed. You will receive a link that you must complete by providing the documents. 2. Refundable Damage Deposit: A damage deposit will be held on your credit card. This will be released 24 to 72 hours after check-out, subject to review of the accommodation. The guest is responsible for keeping the apartment in good condition. 3. Entry and Exit Times: Check-in from 4:00 p.m. and check-out before 11:00 a.m. Request authorization for changes to these schedules, subject to availability and additional cost. Failure to comply may result in additional charges. 4. Important Information: We are a tourist apartment and not a hotel. Additional services such as cleaning and others are available upon request and at an additional cost. 5. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in common areas. 6. Security: Make sure to properly close the main door at all times. 7. Restrictions: It is not allowed to accommodate unregistered people, hold parties, cause disturbance to other guests or neighbors, or play music at high volume. Failure to comply with these rules will be sanctioned and may result in expulsion. 8. Keys: Loss or non-return of keys entails a cost that will be deducted from the security deposit for each set of keys not returned.

This comfortable and bright sevillian house is ideal to be enjoyed in family, since it has a capacity for 4 people. It has two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with two individual beds. Its large and cozy living room has a comfortable sofa, television and wi-fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials to use it when you need it: washing machine, dishwasher, coffee pot, microwave… It also has two completely equipped bathrooms with all the necessary to relax after an intense day of tourism. It includes heating, air conditioning to make your arrival and nice moment and free internet access.

This wonderful 2 bedroom house is located in the monumental center of Seville, only 1 minute away walking from the Cathedral, the Giralda and the Alcazar. Located at 13 minutes it’s the famous Salvador Square, a classic sevillian square surrounded by shops and bars, where the well-known Salvador church is. Just behind the Salvador church you can visit a tiny square called Placita del Pan, surrounded by shopping streets as Cordoba and Alcaiceria streets, the last one ending at Alfalfa Square, a place full of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the typical gastronomy of Seville. As point of interest it’s recommended to visit Plaza Nueva, a landscapes area opposite the town hall presided by a statue of Saint Ferdinand, San Francisco Square, behind the town hall, easily recognizable because of the buildings around, the Virgen de los Reyes Square and the Triunfo Square where the main monuments of the city are. Without a doubt, this apartment will make you enjoy each one of the oldest stories of the city from the very moment of your arrival.
