Villa Soleá is a wonderful and recently renovated apartment in Valdelagrana. Just 3 minutes walk from the beach. It has a room with two single beds, convertible into a Kingsize bed. In the living room there are 2 single sofa beds and a double sofa bed, all very comfortable. In the living room there is also the kitchen and dining room. And bathroom with shower. The urbanization has two community pools and tennis courts. There is also a parking space available. We are sure that a vacation in this apartment will be unforgettable!

ACCOMMODATION RULES: * One day before your arrival we will contact you by WhatsApp to confirm your arrival and delivery of keys * Upon arrival, a deposit will be charged by block on your credit card, which will be released within 7 days after your departure. * The entry time will be from 3:00 p.m., although depending on availability, the time could be brought forward if needed. * Upon departure, you must leave the accommodation in normal conditions of cleanliness, air conditioning units turned off, windows and doors closed, take inside the house and the garbage taken out. * Forbidden to accommodate more people than declared, make noise between 11pm and 10am or play loud music. * Failure to comply with these rules could imply supplements to be deducted from the deposit or the cancellation of the reservation.
