This is one of the truly great hotels in the World. The entrance is like stepping into a king's Palace. Soaring ceilings with exquisite tile work. The staff is everywhere looking to help you with any need. Our suite, a seaview room with balcony overlooking the Sea and the pool area.

The view is breathtaking. The location is very good - a quick walk to Muelle Uno and the old city center. The staff was very very nice and helpful. They managed to fulfill all our requests regarding the room (room with a balcony, early check in). Housekeeping came twice a day, everyday. In the afternoon they also put a small chocolate on the pillow. They apply the safety measures against Covid19. Breakfast was very good with enough options to choose from.
