This is the third stay in a holiday let in Santa Pola over the years and this accommodation was by far the best. You are in the middle of the town and only 200 metres from the sea front with close access to many restaurants and shops. Communication with the landlord was excellent before we arrived and during our stay. The flat was spotlessly clean and fully equipped. The apartment is on the third floor and there is a lift but I do not think there is wheel chair access. The bathroom is very good but only has a shower - no bath. One of the nicest restaurants close by is called Cata Simo, the food and service is excellent. Meal of the day during the week is only 15 euros a head, it goes up to 20 at the weekend. The nearest large supermarket is about five minutes walk away. The castle and town centre is about a 10 to 15 stroll. If we return to Santa Pola in the future we would definetly try and book this appartment again.

Santa Pola is a relatively small town with a bustling port/marina at the centre with eateries, shops and boat trips to Tabarca Island. You can walk to the north and south of the port along flat walkways where you will find quiet areas with nice beaches. You will find the major supermarkets plus a central bus station with links to Alicante, Elche and south to Torrevieja.

Santa Pola is a working town but still is a great place for a vacation there are 2 great beaches and loads of restaurants and cafes. great supermarkets and bakeries. You can do water sports in summer and there are great walks and cycling options.

All facilities were on the doorstep! Don’t forget to have a nice cold drink in one of the tiny bars that are down all the little side streets ! Wide choice of restaurants and music and entertainment and a lovely walk along the Marina promenade people watching to be off a chilled day in Santa Pola ( a very underrated town in our opinion! ) 🏖☀️

We have visted the town many times, we like it because it is a "working town" not full of tourists. There a plenty of excellent restaurants and shops and the beaches are very well maintained. Favourite restaurant was Cata Simo and we enjoyed many "meals of the day" there. It is easy to get around the town by walking. We have visited Santa Pola often over the years but never overnight. We love the fact that it is a very Spanish town with plenty of Restaurants for every pocket. The beaches are fantastic and safe. Taxis are easily available and reasonably priced. Very flat walking all over town with a historic Fort in the square with Cafés all around the edges. The town also boasts a local indoor market with local fresh goods for sale. A truely lovely Spanish town.

The view from the apartment is amazing and the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. All facilities (supermarket and restaurants etc.) are close by, but you need a car. Miguel is lovely and very kind, he is very flexible, responsive, gave excellent recommendations and made sure that we had everything that we needed to feel comfortable. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back.

The two bedrooms were also good. I liked that there was air conditioning to help cool the apartment and a washing machine for the clothes. There was even a clothes drying rack. We were close to the beach and the supermarket and could walk almost everywhere we needed to go. Santa Pola is a beautiful and quiet small place that we will hopefully visit again soon. The English speaking host was waiting for us on our arrival and in addition to her helpful advice she left us with an informative booklet to consult in relation to the working of the apartment's appliances and ideas of what to do in Santa Pola.

Santa Pola is lovely, and the apartment was in the centre for everything. We were able to park right outside the apartment and then walk everywhere. Away from the marina, the restaurants and bars excellent value for money and offer great service. We'll be back!
