The staff has been incredible - Pablo, Maefir, Lucia, Laura, Adriana, Janie, Dariela, Vero, Cesar and the others. The food choices are great, used to get difficult for us to choose. The dry cakes were amazing. We wanted to meet the baker but couldn't because of their shift times. Location is great as well - not far from Siam Park, Aqualand, Jungle Park and beaches. We had an amazing time with kids. The service was excellent at this hotel. The entertainment girls were great. The entertainment shows at night were great!

The accommodation was as advertised - rooms are pretty small and corridors narrow without an option of an elevator. We didn’t find this a much of an issue, but if you’ve got a reduced mobility or plan to stay at the accommodation more than just a sleepover, maybe reconsider. We found the location to be excellent as there are several restaurants, bars and beaches nearby.
