BahrainFrom the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. A free upgrade to a larger family suite with a free bottle of wine. The bathroom was exquisite with a shower and bathtub. I also loved the fact that my husband and I had matching robes and slippers. We also had AC as well as a heater. The room service was superb - the food was ready in less than 30 minutes. The receptionist who greeted us “Nestor” was by far the most helpful and friendly who excelled in customer service. My family will be looking to stay at Eurostars hotels throughout Europe for any future stays.
