Excellent breakfast, Comfortable rooms and the hotel itself is simply beautiful and luxurious.
IsraelSimply wonderful!!! The staff are outstanding, the breakfast was lovely, room was impeccably clean and very quiet. Hotel is right in the city center. My room was tiny BUT The pictures accurately reflected this and I was going at a busy time and was happy to get any room. I will happily stay here again the next time I'm in Barcelona.

There was a relaxation area on the first floor including a beautiful sun terrace where guests could sit during the day or evening and help themselves to a free tea or coffee and relax which was a wonderful place for our party of 6 to gather before heading out or to have a relaxing half an hour before heading back out for some more sight seeing.
IrelandFrom our arrival to our departure, the hotel staff went out of their way. Helped with details about the bus and metro and restaurants. The location couldn't have been more perfect. The breakfast was outstanding...eggs, bacon/sausage, fruit, cheese, cold cuts, pastry, juices and wonderful coffee. Only sorry that the weather didn't allow for lounging on the beautiful patio.

The room was confortable, clean, and big. I did the breakfast buffet almost everyday because the food was tasty and had a lot of variety. I love how well located it was fright there in Gran Via, with easy access to any sort of transportation you could ask. once again, the staff was friendly and attentive, and ultimately it came down to how nice these folks are to their customers. I will definitely come back to Barcelona since it is such a magical city and most definitely, I will stay here again. This place is perfect!
