Concierge/check in desk was fantastic in providing dinner recommendations and reservations in addition to a warm and friendly welcome! The breakfast was top notch w the opportunity to order breakfast from a menu as well! I didn’t mention anything about my husband’s birthday and it was a surprise to him and myself he was greeted with Prosecco and a candle on a personal cake during our breakfast!!! Wow and thank you;-) It is close to metro and bus plus walking distance to everything! The room attendant remade bed tight (impressed with attention to detail, 4 night stay). They forgot to replace hot tub towels, we called and was delivered in less than 5 minutes. Made our 25th wedding anniversary memorable! Bravo H10 Metropolitan for a great staff all around!
