lovely hotel in quieter bit of town but a walk into some shops and bars . The hotel provides a helpful courtesy bus which runs regularly into end of las Américas at beginning of Los Cristianos. Best of both worlds

we stayed in this hotel for the new year as a family of 9 ppl, on a all inclusive basis, it was superb! Good facilities, nice foods and the nicest stuff you can find in a hotel. From the receptionists, to the restaurants and bars, including the cleaners. The cardápio for the New Year eve included Lobster, they were in tons😋, and crabs and many other seafood stuff. Beautiful facilities and carrying staff. they also provide free transfer to Playa das Americas. It was worthy the whole moneys spent with this trip.

The staff is nice and helpful, specially at the restaurants. In the main restaurant, there was a great selection of food and drinks. The hotel facilities were clean and they cleaned everyday the room also providing us with new towels.
