United States of AmericaBreakfast was great... the butter is cut with a knife, which demonstrates a quality in the products that has already been forgotten. friendly staff, always ready to help... every thing clean and dinner, of course is what we know of Hard Rock quality, perfect! next door we have the queen sofia museum, an integral part of the triangle of museums in Madrid, it couldn't be better located for those who want to be close to the cultural area.

They offered travel tips, assisted with locating public transportation, cleaned the room daily and offered lots of helpful advice. We were traveling for my sisters birthday and they made her feel like everyday there was her birthday. The food was good and reasonably priced. The location is close to shopping, food and in walking distance to the train.
