Be aware that as a village in the mountain scenery, practically all roads in the village are narrow, many one-way, and steep. It is a delightful place with many interesting things to see round about and a wide choice of restaurants and bar, and friendly people who will go out of their way to help visitors.

She provides you with all necessary information about the village and the surrounding area. And is always there to answer questions or help otherwise. The hotel is a place of relaxation and comfort. You can even have a massage in the hotel. The little terrace is perfect to enjoy the delicious breakfast. I definitely will we back.

Katarina the host could not have given a friendlier welcome and helped make my stay most enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent. If you are looking for accommodation in the area I can thoroughly recommend the posada. For a small town carcabuey has a lot more to offer than some larger towns I have stayed in.
