Comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with private terrace near Casa de Campo park and Manzanares river, good connection with public transport to the center of Madrid. It has all the necessary elements for an extraordinary experience in the city. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with all facilities and bright living room with selected details to make you feel at home. Bright and connected to public transportation to move around the city easily. This property is rented exclusively for temporary stays in accordance with current regulations in Madrid. It is not for tourist use. The rental is intended for people who need accommodation for work, academic, health, or other justified personal reasons other than tourist use. To formalize the reservation, it will be necessary to sign a seasonal rental contract and provide documentation proving the reason for the stay. Information to be highlighted: Check-in until 22h - Check-in free of charge: From 16:00 to 18:00 - From 18:00 to 20:00 20e will be charged. - From 20:00 to 22:00 30e will be charged. - After 22:00 50e will be charged on request.
