It has a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and bidet and a large open space with fully equipped kitchenette, dining area and a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa bed and Smart TV. From this room you have direct access to the private roofed terrace, almost entirely covered, perfect for lunch outdoors or relax while enjoying the fantastic climate of Lanzarote. For greater comfort, the accommodation has WiFi Fiber at 600mb/s. Surrounded by golden sandy beaches and with all the necessary services around, this apartment combines an exceptional location with a comfortable and functional environment, creating the perfect place for a relaxing vacation in Puerto del Carmen. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, hair dryer, iron, crib, high chair, sheets, towels and much more. At the moment, the washing machine is not available at the property.

It has many leisure options, shopping centres, restaurants and beaches, where you can do numerous sports and water activities, such as diving, a marina, and very good communication with the motorway, as well as public transport, to move around other areas of the island. During the day you can rent a bicycle, one of the best options for exploring the coast. A cycle path along the seafront avenue connects Puerto del Carmen with Arrecife, the island's capital, in a highly recommended ride. Those who enjoy shopping will find a variety of shops in the avenues and shopping centres of this town. There is also a wide range of nightlife for party lovers.
