Exceptionally central location in the very heart of town, just meters away from the charming street of the old city with literally hundreds of bars and thousand of students celebrating life. But I guess those meters make a huge difference, and it was very quiet in the room. I booked a bunk bed room which was very comfortable, but other rooms with "normal" beds looked even better. An entire place was exceptionally clean. And the owner Jose Manuel is an exceptional guy - funny, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable.

United States of AmericaWe really liked the reception Hose Manuel, who gave us the city map and told us all about local places - where to eat cheap/expensive, what to try. Like a friend to a friend. That was really nice, I totally recommend to check it out to people who are new in town and want to experience local culture.

GermanyThe best hostel i have stayed in my life, and believe me i have stayed in many hostels. It is totally at the center of vitoria, the staff is amazing very friendly helpful speaking english and showing what i can visit giving me map etc, the place was so so big, amazing toilette too (there are 2 toilets it is so good), there is a kitchen that’s enough. In general everything was perfect for me and that is the first time I say this while staying in a Hostel. The owner is very very kind and helpful. Ask him if you need anything. Towels are also included in the price.
GreeceThe owner is very friendly and welcoming. He gave me a lot of tips about sightseeing, restaurants, culture...etc. The hostel is cosy, beds are comfortable and it is very clean. It is very well located in an historical building and the room had a beautiful balcony.
