best air conditioning throughout my travels in Spain!
United States of AmericaThe support via whatsapp was good, I only used it previous to my arrival. Having an Electronic key through a mobile app was very convenient. As a person who doesn't always enjoy unnecessary interactions, I highly appreciated the self-service. The hostal was very clean and the location was ideal, around 13min walking from Plaza Mayor and close to several places to eat. The do not disturb sign at the door was always respected by staff.

SpainThe location is fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful. There's an elevator that was essential for one of us. The room is well laid out, impeccably clean, and not hard on the eyes. Temperature controls are easy to use and kept the room comfortable.
