Clean room, same as the bathroom, the person at the reception very friendly, free parking, free breakfast and excellent. in general the service was great.
United States of AmericaThe staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. Breakfast included cereal and yoghurt, which was excellent. The room was clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. Overall, this is a great place to stay to relax. It is away from downtown but the walk is agreeable.
NetherlandsWe have stayed in 17 hotels during our Camino. All of them were great and good value for price. So I put the marks comparing all this 17 hotels on our way (10 - best, 9 good, 8 nothing special). The main differences are in room size, breakfast, room design and old of the room. This hotel is a good 9 score place.
RussiaExcellent buffet style breakfast with lots of choice and great coffee. Extremely pleasant, attentive and helpful staff. The weekend receptionist really went out of her way to help me resolve an issue. The parking was easy to access and was secure. The WiFi worked well.
FranceThe manager/receptionist was very helpful and friendly. She spoke fluent English which really was helpful as we have very little Spanish. The hostal is basic but is excellent value for money,the breakfast and garage are free.

She gave us recommendations of where to eat in town and told us how to help ourselves to some breakfast in the morning as we were leaving early to catch the ferry. This hotel is also convenient for the Bilbao ferry without having to go through Bilbao itself.
