The location was great. It is located five minutes from the train station and a few steps away from the Foro Romano in the city. It is not a large city so it was within walking distance of most of the important tourist spots. Everyone working there was very friendly and helpful from the start, The first person we met immediately pulled out a map and explained where we were and answered all our questions about things to do in the city. Everyone checked to see how we were doing, including the cleaning staff. The rules of using the fridge were clear (label your items with your name and date of departure) and we could use the plates, cutlery, microwave, toaster, etc in the common area. Bonus for me: you could leave your used plates and cutlery in a designated spot for cleaning.
