El apartamento cuenta con 2 dormitorios, salón luminoso con cómodo sofá, mesa comedor, TV de pantalla plana, una cocina completa equipada con microondas, nevera, lavadora y cuarto de baño completo. Además cuenta con un patio techado que dispone de una ducha hidromasaje/relax que le relajará después de su visita a la ciudad. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, frio/calor, con conexión WIFI de alta velocidad gratis en todo el apartamento. Desde el apartamento se tiene acceso a una azotea comunitaria con vista espectaculares de la cuidad, donde podrá admirar los monumentos más emblemáticos de nuestra ciudad. Toda su visita la puede realizar a pie, pues todo lo tiene muy cerca. Además a escasos metros del apartamento está la Plaza de San Leandro y la Alfalfa donde dispone de numerosos bares con amplias terrazas donde puede degustar tapas y comidas caseras tradicionales de la ciudad. Nuestros clientes dicen que esta parte de Sevilla es su favorita, porque se encuentra en corazón monumental de la ciudad, por todo esto, este es su apartamento idóneo para visitar nuestra bella ciudad.
Apartamento en pleno centro histórico de Sevilla, junto a Casa Pilatos y complejo Metrosol (Setas de Sevilla), zona comercial de ocio y restauración donde poder disfrutar en familia. Se trata del casco histórico de la ciudad. El barrio es de los más típicos de Sevilla, rodeado de palacios como la Casa Pilatos, iglesia de San Ildefonso, Santa Angela de la Cruz, convento como el de Las Leandras, plazas como la de los Terceros , del Cristo de Burgos, del Salvador...etc El viajero no necesitará vehículo para conocer Sevilla, dado que se encuentra en el propio casco histórico de la ciudad, podrá recorrerla a pie sin mayor problema.
