Israelexcellent location. very good neighborhood. reception staff was very friendly. It was my anniversary week. They upgraded me to a junior suite and gave me two vouchers for a welcome drink. The next morning we left before the restaurant was open. They provided us with a light carry out breakfast.

UkraineUpon arriving, sick and exhausted, the two guys at the front desk checked us in quickly AND upgraded us! We walked in to a fresh fruit platter and a stocked mini bar. Our room was a suite with a patio and awesome few of a square in Madrid. The hotel is very central to town and within walking distance to many attractions. We only stayed one night so didn't get to enjoy other amenities of the hotel, but I'd definitely love to stay again. Upon checking out at 4am, the guys basically got us taken care of as we walked by the desk and out to our taxi that they ordered for us. Great service!!
United States of AmericaThe hotel it’s very beautiful, from the bar to the dining and bedroom. The location, is almost next to the Gran Vía, which is the metro and is one of the Main streets, can take you to the plaza mayor o to the other side el Parque del retiro. Also very close by to the Tyseen museum, highly recommended (if you like art). The staff is very kind, they will be always happy to help you. The bedroom it’s comfortable, clean, and beautiful, also the view it’s amazing. Finally the breakfast is delicious, is a large buffet, good quality food, and you can order eggs to the table. Thanks a lot!
