The cleaning staff for the rooms are exceptional. The rooms are left so messy by families every daily, and the cleaning service to the rooms daily are exceptional. When you return to your room after it is cleaned, it is like new and so incredibly clean. The reception staff are incredibly helpful and always friendly. The morning buffet was great and the majority of the hotel staff was lovely. The location is ideal for families but a bit far from Palma (1 hour drive). So it is difficult to see the rest of the island; you are a bit isolated to the Cala D'Or area only. But the town has everything a family needs for a sun escape. Lots of restaurants, nice village to walk through and good swimming. The hotel has lots of pool and beach options but both are very crowded. The value is great for this property. It is an ideal holiday for families.

awesome location, close to town- walking distance no more than 10 mins! close to gorgeous beach! lovely clean spacious functional room with great shower! loved the hotel- we didn’t have an issue with sun beds either as per some of the other reviews! loved the adults only pool too. we loved our stay and would 100% return!

Great value. Rooms are clean but could use an upgrade. Breakfast with the unreal view. View is amazing from all over the place. Breakfast until 11!!! Wifi great, all over the complex. It's mostly a place for families with kids but it's okay for couples too. Maybe hotel could try to place people with no kids in one block, but I know that would be challenging.There is an adult only pool. Unfortunately humanity is going down the toilet, people put their towels out at 7am, it's a race, and spend at Max half of the day there.

everything was awesome, location near the see with sandy beach, tree swimm pool for family and adults . . . Breakfast was more than expected and with full buffet . . . nice place for family with children and couples. . . Parking is free outside directly near to entrance. Room was super clean . From Airport Palma 55 min with Car and direction easy to find. There is a lot of Resturant and bar just 2 min walk.. . extremely recommended and definitely we will back again. . .

Housekeeping ladies were really kind, efficient and always did a little something to put a smile on our face (like arranging our sons toys in a nice way, making a little shirt of towels on our bed). Hotel was very clean. We felt really safe as all staff wore face masque at all times and all guests were asked to do the same in the common indoor areas. Location is good, the beach Cala Esmeralda is pretty much in your doorstep and you can go from pool to beach easily. Our suite had a lovely sea view and it was nice and spacious.
