BRAND NEW FLAT, newly refurbished with top quality materials, fittings and new air conditioner! An ideal place for couples and families, and the elderly. This 3rd floor apartment is situated in a quiet gated complex, and overlooks villa park with a sea-view and palm trees and also overlooks the lake and mountain range where beautiful sunsets can be seen. Bedroom and living room is overlooking beautiful swimming pool and palm trees! We have dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, coffee machine, microwave, toster, kettle, fridge and freezer, iron with ironing board, hair dryer - everything is brand new! A beautifully maintained swimming pool, lovely well kept gardens, can be seen from the main bedroom and from the lounge. Swimming pool is clean regularly and is perfect for adults and has a separate area for children.
The beach and town-center of Torrevieja is just 15 minutes walk from the apartment. Food supermarket and shopping centers are located just 10 minutes walk. Good public transport connections. Car hire company 10 minutes walk away. Every Friday you have fantastic opprortunity to visit biggest spanish market just 3 minutes walk from our house. Trolley for wonderfull fruit and fegetables provided.
The golf courses of Villamartin, La Finca, Las Ramblas and Royal Campoamor are also within a 10-15 minute drive. Well maintained quiet blue water beaches 15 minutes walk or 5 minute drive. Many beach walks from Punta Prima, Torrevieja, La Mata, and further up! Salt lakes with flamingos and fabulous wildlife. Ideal for those people who want to explore the rich history of Costa Blanca. Shoppers can revel with vast markets found on different days in different locations and the amazing La Zenia Boulevard just built over a year ago with its designer shops and world food restaurants makes a wonderful day out. Or you can just sit on the balcony and enjoy great views or relax by the pool. Whatever you decide to do, this is a truly magnificent locations all year round.
