We liked everything,the sea view was very very nice with the trees,the neighborhood was nice people are elegant and respectful, the parking was spacious, the kitchen was fully equipped with all we needed, the rooms were clean and the furniture was new, the balcony’s were beautiful with the view, the owner of the apartment was very nice and helpful,and the communication with them was easy

This bright spacious apartment is set in a unique location in Elviria with STUNNING SEA VIEWS. JUST 150 METRES FROM THE BEACH and chiringuitos that can be accessed through the BEAUTIFUL SUB-TROPICAL GARDENS this quiet location is a short walk away from the famous Nikki Beach Club and 5 star Don Carlos hotel as well as restaurants and shops. The development has a FANTASTIC POOL (seasonal opening times), toddler pool, sunbathing terraces and a SUPER ONSITE BAR/RESTAURANT (seasonal opening times). It has an open plan living area with kitchen/breakfast bar, living area, a TV (NETFLIX access) & DVD and a large 6 seat dining table. There are patio doors on to a south west facing sunny balcony with seating/dining areas and beautiful sea views. Master bedroom with king size bed, wardrobes, TV, en-suite (shower and bath) and own balcony overlooking a peaceful courtyard. 2 further bedrooms 1 with large twin beds, wardrobe & drawers & 1 with standard twin beds (better for children), wardrobe & drawers & TV. Main bathroom with large walk in shower. The apartment has its own secure undercover parking space that can be used free of charge. Free wifi. Free cotbed available. A EUR300 damage deposit is required in advance.
This is a privately owned and run apartment and is therefore maintained and equipped to a much higher standard than most. A full meet and greet service is provided to help guests find the apartment, check in and ask any questions they may have. A contact is available to help with any problems or questions that guests may have during their stay. We know the area very well so can provide recommendations for local restaurants, beach clubs and places to visit. The site is fully gated with 24 hour security and surveillance.
Jardines de las Golondrinas is a fantastic secure gated development (with 24 hour security) built like a traditional Andalucian village with pools, waterfalls, and peaceful courtyards. Set in beautiful sub tropical gardens just 150 metres from the golden beach this is an outstanding location. It is only a short walk away from the chic Nikki Beach club and 5 star Don Carlos hotel and within walking distance of numerous beach bars, FANTASTIC RESTAURANTS, cafes, shops, supermarkets, markets and banks in Elviria. There is a gym, fitness studio and tennis facilities nearby as well as numerous golf courses. This location is perfect for families and friends and is a great base to explore the Costa del Sol and Andalucia. The busy port town of Marbella with its lovely old town and palm-lined promenade and the bustling chic port of Puerto Banus with its fabulous marina and shops are just a short drive or taxi ride away. Pool opening times April to October. The on-site restaurant is usually open between April to October.
