Located in port de Pollensa on the sea front, close to the harbour, the centre, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. There is a road between the apartment and the seafront that is one way (and has a speed limit of 20mph) AND it is closed between 14.30-5.00 so no noise and traffic free most of the day Completly refurbished, 3 bedroomed and two bathroomed , bright and airey apartment, spacious and comfortable living area with direct access to a large terrace with completley uninturrupted views over the bay of Pollensa. This very large terrace has a dining table that seats 6 comfortably, There are 3 bedrooms that sleep five plus a cot available for the littleones. Two of the 3 bedrooms has access to the rear terrace. The fully equipped kitchen leads on to the large sea front terrace and has a dining área, plenty of storage space, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, coffeemachine, etc… There is a separate laundry room with its own terrace. Perfect to clean/dry your towels when you come from the beach. You just need to bring your private stuff and enjoy your holiday. Free parking at the streets behind the apartment and at the big parking between the apartment and the petrol station. Profesional bike rental just behind the apartment.
