Property info

Villa Jowi is situated in a privileged area in the middle of nature. Its proximity to many places makes this house the perfect place for your holiday: there are restaurants 1 km away, a supermarket 300 metres away and the beach, bars and shops only 5 km away. Its nearest beach is the Baladrar cove due to its shallow depth, good water clarity makes it ideal to walk and relax by the sea. A few kilometres away we find Moraira, which is a very pleasant, small fishing village dominated by tourism, with natural beaches, rocky coves and sandy beaches. The symbol of the city is its castle on the beach and the old town has developed itself in recent years as a popular tourist destination in the summer months. However, Moraira has managed to welcome the tourism still preserving its originality. Casa Jowi is decorated with a very personal and typical Mediterranean style. The villa is distributed over two floors
